You should clean the bars and rails weekly or approximately every 8 trips.
Every 3 months or 100 trips you should grease the blocker with liquid grease so that it maintains its smoothness when activating and deactivating it.
Inspect expandable arm supports and rail rivets, bolts, or self-tapping screws.
Every 6 months you should grease the shooting heads.

Each trolley is certified for a 2000kg safety weight limit.

Each trolley is fitted with four spring-loaded locking pins, which prevent the trolley from moving once engaged. Each trolley can be locked in position at 15mm intervals.

The maximum height depends on the size of the vehicle and at what height the system has been fitted. Maxiloda recommends installing the system at a height that allows a clearance of 2-3 cm minimum from the top of the pallet.
